These Terms apply to your use of this site and to any purchase from Plaster Bloom ("we", "us"). By buying, you agree to these Terms.

Products and digital delivery

Our products are digital files. The Plaster Bloom Handbook, the Selling and Pricing Workbook and the Event Favors Planner are each delivered as one PDF file. The Label and Gift Tag Pack is delivered as one ZIP file containing PDF files and SVG and PNG image files. Shopify delivers your downloads after payment through your order confirmation page and an email with your download links. Email productadvice.info@gmail.com with your order email if you need your links again. Nothing is shipped, and no craft supplies are included.

Your license

When you buy, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, read, print and use the files for your own craft projects. You may not resell, share, upload, distribute or post the files, in whole or in part, republish the text, the blend formulas or the templates, or let others access your download links. All content remains the property of Plaster Bloom.

The stones you make by following the products are yours to keep, give or sell. The license covers the files, not your handmade items.

Print license for The Label and Gift Tag Pack

If you buy The Label and Gift Tag Pack, you may also print its labels, care cards, caution and maker labels, gift tags, favor tags and box sleeves, and use them on stones you make, including stones you give away or sell. You may type your own text onto the blank versions and edit the files for your own stones. You may not share, resell, redistribute or upload the files themselves (PDF, SVG or PNG), in their original or an edited form, alone or as part of another template, design or file collection.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. The Plaster Bloom Handbook costs $37, one-time. Add-ons cost $17 each, and the Complete Bundle of all 3 add-ons costs $22. Checkout and payments are processed by Shopify. Any taxes, bank or currency fees charged by your card issuer are your responsibility. There are no subscriptions.

Refunds

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase on The Plaster Bloom Handbook, the main product. Add-on products, including individual cross-sell items and the Complete Bundle, are non-refundable. To request a refund, email productadvice.info@gmail.com with your order email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Educational content, not professional advice

Our products are educational craft guides. They are not legal, tax, insurance, medical or chemical safety advice, and they do not create any professional relationship. The legal and labeling sections are general information to help you ask the right questions; rules differ by state and city and change over time. The favor agreement and order templates are starting points, not legal documents reviewed for your situation.

Chemicals, heat and safe handling

Plaster, fragrance oils, essential oils, colorants, sealers and any spray or aerosol products you choose to use carry real hazards. Setting plaster gets hot and can cause burns: never cast or hold setting plaster against any part of the body. Plaster dust irritates the eyes and lungs. Many oils are flammable and can irritate or sensitize skin. You are responsible for reading and following the label and Safety Data Sheet of every product you use, working in a ventilated space with the protective gear those documents call for, and keeping materials and finished stones out of reach of children and pets. Our numbers are guidance based on published sources; the label and data sheet of your own product take priority. The blends are computed formulas, not lab-tested products.

Home fragrance only

Aroma stones made with our products are decorative home fragrance. They are not toys, not food, not for use on skin and not a treatment for any condition. Do not describe or sell them with health or therapeutic claims.

If you sell what you make

If you sell stones or other items you make, you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including product labeling and any hazard labeling requirements, sales tax, business registration, local rules and insurance. Our products do not guarantee any sales, income or outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including damaged materials, molds, surfaces or furnishings, lost sales, or decisions you make based on the content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in effect when you buy applies to your purchase.
